Core Product
Rubber and plastic reinforcing agent
1. Excellent physical properties, good dispersibility and high strength;
2. It has certain reinforcement, impact resistance, tensile resistance and excellent wear resistance and heat resistance;
3. After surface epoxy special process treatment, it is non-toxic, tasteless and harmless to the environment and operators.
Antimony trioxide substitution
1. Good compatibility with substrate and excellent dispersibility;
2. Improve the heat resistance, chemical resistance and weather resistance of the base resin;
3. It can promote the extrusion and fluidity of products and improve the mechanical properties and insulation of products;
4. Green, environment-friendly, halogen-free, non-toxic and meet REACH/RoHS requirements.
Environment-friendly flame retardant
1. It has the advantages of no halogen, low smoke, low toxicity and environmental protection;
2. There is no water slip during extrusion processing;
3. The addition amount is low, and the flame retardant product has stable color, low density and excellent mechanical properties;
4. The phosphorus content is high and the solid-phase flame retardant ability is excellent, which is beneficial to the flame retardant of polyolefin products;
5. It has better powder fluidity and resin compatibility when used.
Ceramic ablation resistant agent
1. It can withstand 1000℃ flame burning, and the ablation time is more than 30 minutes without burning through.
2. Good adaptability, compatibility and dispersibility with the products of the base material system.
3. Reduce heat release and smoke density, and have good electrical insulation performance.
4. Multi-scale regulation and control can be carried out according to different matrix systems to realize customized services.
